Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance, so that we can make sure the apartment is ready for your arrival.

If you have any special requests or requirements, please contact us in advance.

Once you arrive:

Open the gate (watch the video).

SELF CHECK-IN

Enter the code provided by your Host on the key safe.

Turn the lock clockwise to open it.

Inside, you will find:

the key to the main entrance door + the key to your apartment

By 10:00 AM

Please kindly respect the check-out time, as this allows us to prepare the apartment for our next guests.

Would you like to request a late check-out?

Please contact us at least one day in advance to check whether this is possible.

Late check-out is available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.

On your departure day, you can check out independently by leaving the keys inside the key safe.
