Please do not smoke inside the apartment. Guests arriving after you may not appreciate the smell of smoke.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the designated container.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please avoid excessive noise, especially in shared areas.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

🗑️ PLEASE SORT YOUR WASTE
Help us protect the environment by sorting your waste correctly.
During your stay, please use the waste bins provided inside the apartment:
Under the kitchen sink: general waste + organic waste
Behind the entrance door: paper + plastic + glass. See where ➡️
Before checking out, please take your waste to the larger bins located outside, near the entrance gate. See where ➡️
For longer stays: You may place the appropriate waste bag/container outside on the public street near the entrance gate before 10:00 AM, according to the following collection schedule:
Monday – Organic waste
Tuesday – Paper
Wednesday – Plastic
Thursday – Organic waste
Friday – General waste
Glass: please use the dedicated glass recycling containers (“bells”) located on the main road, approximately 50 m away. See location ➡️
🔌 TURN OFF LIGHTS & AIR CONDITIONING WHEN YOU GO OUT
🌡️ PLEASE RESPECT THE PERMITTED INDOOR TEMPERATURE SETTINGS AND OPERATING TIMES
To ensure your comfort while respecting the environment and current regulations, please set the indoor temperature as follows:
❄️ Winter: no higher than 20°C, from November 1 to April 15, for a maximum of 12 hours per day
☀️ Summer: no lower than 26°C, from June 1 to September 30, for a maximum of 8 hours per day
Please avoid leaving the heating or air conditioning running while the apartment is unoccupied.
